My friend Betty sent me two pictures of the Night Blooming Cereus. It's a beautiful flower.
As the name suggests, Night Blooming Cereus always blooms at night and only stays a few hours, people have to stay up waiting for it to appear at night.
In China, it's called Tan Flower. The Chinese word "Tan" is put together by two words, "Sun" and "Cloud". The name shows the beauty of the flower. When put on a light, the flower is a vivid white with a feel of transparency.

I realized that all the drawings that I did for the blog were very real. I feel like to do something different. With this thought I created this abstract painting.

My son's backyard has many lily flowers. Every year in March when I was there, they blossomed.We usually cut these beautiful flowers and put them in a vase. They continue to bloom for about a week.

My friend stopped by my house when I was working with my Photoshop. She is a designer. She taught me a few tips. After she left, I used the technique that she taught me. I spent several hours to finish this painting. I even forgot to cook when my husband came home from school.
I am very happy because I am going to say Happy Mid-Autumn Festival to my friends and show them my picture.

About one year ago my husband bought a new digital camera and he was very excited. He brought his new camera when he took a trip to Dan Water. The pier was so beautiful that he took some pictures. He hurt his leg when he stepped into a hole that he did not see. I think if I show the picture and let him watch it he will feel worth doing that.

What a coincidence that I was just thinking about making a birthday card for Betty, I received photos of the gorgeous sunflower from her garden. The flower is so beautiful and the light shows vivid life of the flower, I don't think I'd be able to make anything as beautiful as that. Finally I decided to draw frame on the flower to express a happy birthday card with hearts.

When I show my friend's rabbit to my other friends in Taiwan, they always ask me where are the eyes and mouth. So, I think it is fun to make an animated picture to show them. I don't know if I can upload an animated one so it is another trying.

My friend Betty sent me a photo of their crop via e-mail, watermelons and pears. These fruits look so delicious that I told her that I wished I were there to taste them. Then I remember that there is a saying, "If you draw a cake and you won't feel hungry. If you see a plum, you don't feel thirsty." So, there it is . Do you think you have tasted these fruits?
